Snow Mountain Chestnut Tart

Tart Base Ingredients
70g b*tter
100g flour
37g caster sugar
16g egg (about 1/3 of an egg beaten)
50g dark chocolate (melted)

Ingrediets:
30g instant custard powder
100g milk
100g chestnut puree
50g cream
6 pcs passion flower or strawberry

TOOLS
2.5 inch round mould.
6 pcs 3 inch tart
PROCEDURE; [BR]1)Making tart base. Whisk thawed b*tter and caster sugar with electric egg whisk to milky white. Add beaten egg little by little and blend into b*tter mixture. Fold in sifted flour. Hand knead to form d dough. Roll out to 2mm thickness with rolling pin. Use round mould to stamp out 6 round pieces.
2)Put into oven already pre-heated for 5 mins at 180'c. Bake for 25 mins. Take out let it cool down. Brush on melted dark chocolate. Mix well instant custard powder and milk with electric mixer. Pour into piping bag. Pipe into tart base
3)Whisk 25g cream with d mixer till almost siff. Blend in chestnut puree. Pour chestnut cream into piping bag. Use small tip to pipe chestnut cream in circles into tart
4)Whisk remaining cream with electric egg mixer until bec*m stiff. Pout into piping bag. Pipe on top of chestnut cream. Decorate with passion flower fruit or strawberry yumyum.GIF *

Tip: If you don't have a piping bag. No problem. Just use a plastic baggie. Place bag in measure cup to support for easy filling. Snip the corner off the baggie with kitchen shears then pipe your filling as you would with regular piping bag. When your finished toss into trash. Cleanup all done. declare.GIF *
