Quick Easy Cobbler
1 can favorite fruit pie filling cherry, peach, blueberry etc
1c flour (self rising)
1c sugar
1c milk
preheat oven 350d
Pour fruit filling into medium casserole [2quart] In a mixing bowl mix together flour, milk and sugar. Pour around over fruit. Bake til golden brown about 30 min. Serve hot with scoop of ice cream. Or pour a little fresh cream over top and enjoy. This desert has a cake-like consistency with fruit mixed through. *

Mom made this desert often when we were growing up. My brothers and I named it pie-e-cake because of the consistency. We loved it, especially with cream or ice cream
